DIRECTIONS TO THE HARBOUR TOWN CONFERENCE CENTER

SEA PINES GUESTS:

After receiving your Guest Pass from the Sea Pines Welcome Center, proceed through the guard gate and continue on Greenwood Drive for 1.3 miles and turn right onto Plantation Drive (just before the stables). Continue on this road until you reach the stop sign and turn right onto Lighthouse Road. After passing the tennis courts on your left, turn left onto Lighthouse Lane. You may park in the lot between the Inn at Harbour Town and the Harbour Town Clubhouse or proceed past this lot and enter the parking garage located at the end of the Clubhouse building. Take the elevator in the center of the garage to the 2nd floor - you will be in the foyer of the Harbour Town Clubhouse.

NON-SEA PINES GUESTS:

Guests attending USC-CME courses that are not staying on the Sea Pines property will have “Gate Clearance” during the hours of the conference. Please go directly to the right hand lane of the Guard Gate, tell the officer your name and that you are attending the CME program. You will be given complimentary access into the resort for the day’s program, but will not receive a paper Guest Pass.

Q: If I don't have a binder, how will I take notes?
A: We will provide notepads and pens for note taking; if you bring a laptop, be sure to have enough battery power to maintain a charge for up to 4 hours.

Q: Will binders still be available?
A: You have the option to receive printed course materials for an additional $25 to be paid at the time of registration. Your binder will be available at the registration desk at the start of the conference.

Q: Will I be able to use the flash drive on a MAC?
A: The flash drive will contain PDF files of presentations that will be formatted for viewing on both PC and MAC systems. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view PDF file. Go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/ to download free Adobe Reader X software.

Q: Can I download the course materials to my laptop prior to the start of the course?
A: We plan to make the course materials available for download via our website prior to the start of each conference. We will send an e-mail notification to all registered participants one week prior to the start of each conference with a link to the materials available for download.

Q: How many CME credits will I receive for attending all sessions of this conference?
A: Hours vary depending on the conference attended. Individual total hours are listed under each of the course descriptions on www.seapinescme.com. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Q: When will I receive my certificate?
A. Certificates will be mailed 2-3 weeks after the conference ends to the address used at registration.
